In addition to the two IBK Kungälv teams, 18 other teams played in Pojkar Röd B (f.2006-2007) 8-10/4. They were divided into 5 different groups, whereof IBK Kungälv Vit could be found in Group A together with Ekerö IK EIKP06/07, Tillberga IK ROOSTERS 06/07 and Sandvikens AIK.

IBK Kungälv Vit continued to Slutspel B after reaching 4:th place in Group A. In the playoff they made it to 1/4 Final, but lost it against IBK Kungälv Svart with 0-1. In the Final, IBK Bergum won over Mullsjö AIS Utveckling and became the winner of Slutspel B in Pojkar Röd B (f.2006-2007) 8-10/4.
