In addition to Nykvarns IF, 15 other teams played in Pojkar Röd C (f.2007) 1-3/4. They were divided into 4 different groups, whereof Nykvarns IF could be found in Group C together with Rimforsa IF RIF P07/08, Frölunda Ibk and Storvreta IBK Svart.

Nykvarns IF continued to Slutspel A after reaching 1:st place in Group C. In the playoff they made it to 1/4 Final, but lost it against IK Bruket with 0-3. In the Final, Samuelsdals IF won over Linköping IBK Ungdom P07:77 and became the winner of Slutspel A in Pojkar Röd C (f.2007) 1-3/4.
