In addition to the three Linköping IBK Ungdom teams, 13 other teams played in Pojkar Röd B (f.2007-2008) 14-16/4. They were divided into 4 different groups, whereof Linköping IBK Ungdom P08:86 could be found in Group C together with Söderhamns IBF, Åsa IF and AIK IBF Gul.
Linköping IBK Ungdom P08:86 continued to Slutspel B after reaching 3:rd place in Group C. In the playoff they made it to Semi final, but lost it against Linköping IBK Ungdom 06/07 with 2-3. In the Final, Onsala IBK won over Linköping IBK Ungdom 06/07 and became the winner of Slutspel B in Pojkar Röd B (f.2007-2008) 14-16/4. Linköping IBK Ungdom also participated in Pojkar Röd D (f.2007-2008) 1-3/4 during Linköping Floorball Games 2022.
