In addition to the three Linköping IBK Ungdom teams, 13 other teams played in Pojkar Röd B (f.2007-2008) 14-16/4. They were divided into 4 different groups, whereof Linköping IBK Ungdom Lag 71 could be found in Group A together with Frölunda IBK, IFK Gnesta and Hagunda IF P07.
Linköping IBK Ungdom Lag 71 continued to Slutspel B after reaching 4:th place in Group A. In the playoff they made it to 1/4 Final, but lost it against Linköping IBK Ungdom P08:86 with 1-6. In the Final, Onsala IBK won over Linköping IBK Ungdom 06/07 and became the winner of Slutspel B in Pojkar Röd B (f.2007-2008) 14-16/4. Linköping IBK Ungdom also participated in Pojkar Röd D (f.2007-2008) 1-3/4 during Linköping Floorball Games 2022.
