In addition to Ekeby IF, 12 other teams played in Flickor Röd C (f.2008-2009) 31/3-2/4. They were divided into 3 different groups, whereof Ekeby IF could be found in Group C together with Sigtuna IF IBK, Ekängen/Linghem, Hovslätts IK F-08/09 and Endre IF.

Ekeby IF continued to Slutspel A after reaching 2:nd place in Group C. In the playoff they made it to Semi final, but lost it against Skövde IBF F07/09 with 1-3. In the Final, Hovslätts IK F-08/09 won over Skövde IBF F07/09 and became the winner of Slutspel A in Flickor Röd C (f.2008-2009) 31/3-2/4.
