In addition to Rimforsa IF, 15 other teams played in Pojkar Röd A (f.2006-2007) 14-16/4. They were divided into 4 different groups, whereof Rimforsa IF could be found in Group B together with IBK Kungälv, Storvreta IBK and Skälby IBK.

Rimforsa IF continued to Slutspel B after reaching 4:th place in Group B. In the playoff they made it to 1/4 Final, but lost it against Tenhults IF with 2-3. In the Final, Tenhults IF won over IBK Kungälv and became the winner of Slutspel B in Pojkar Röd A (f.2006-2007) 14-16/4.
