In addition to Skövde IBF, 23 other teams played in Pojkar Röd A (f.2007-2008) 19-21/4. They were divided into 6 different groups, whereof Skövde IBF 07/08 could be found in Group F together with Enköpings IBK, Täby FC - Valla A and Landvetter IBK.

Skövde IBF 07/08 continued to Slutspel C after reaching 4:th place in Group F. In the playoff they made it to 1/4 Final, but lost it against FBC Vinga with 2-3. In the Final, Jönköpings IK Utveckling Vit won over FBC Vinga and became the winner of Slutspel C in Pojkar Röd A (f.2007-2008) 19-21/4.
