In addition to the two Linköping IBK Ungdom teams, 18 other teams played in Pojkar Röd B (f.2008-2009) 19-21/4. They were divided into 5 different groups, whereof Linköping IBK Ungdom U16 could be found in Group B together with IBF Älvstranden, Täby FC - Valla 1 and ÖSK Ungdom.
Linköping IBK Ungdom U16 continued to Slutspel A after reaching 1:st place in Group B. In the playoff they made it to Semi final, but lost it against ÖSK Ungdom with 3-4.
