In addition to Ibk kungälv, 23 other teams played in Pojkar Röd A (f.2007-2008) 19-21/4. They were divided into 6 different groups, whereof Ibk kungälv could be found in Group D together with Fagerhult Habo IB, Rimforsa IF and Tungelsta IF.
Ibk kungälv continued to Slutspel B after reaching 2:nd place in Group D. In the playoff they made it to Semi final, but lost it against Täby FC P08 Tibble with 2-3.
