In addition to IBK Genarp, 11 other teams played in Pojkar 2007. They were divided into 2 different groups, whereof IBK Genarp could be found in Group B together with IBK Höllviken Orange, IBK Lund Dalby 1, IBK Lund Grön Sandby, Kävlinge IBK 2 and IBK Höllviken Svart.

IBK Genarp made it to Slutspel B after reaching 3:rd place in Group B. Once in the playoff they won every match inluding the Final against IBK Lund P06/07L, which they won with 7-6. Thereby IBK Genarp won the entire Slutspel B in Pojkar 2007 during Nova Open 2019.
