In addition to the 5 IBK Lund teams, 7 other teams played in Pojkar 2010. They were divided into 3 different groups, whereof IBK Lund Svart could be found in Group A together with Bjärreds IBK 1, IBK LUND P11 Dalby and Munka Ljungby IBK BLÅ.

IBK Lund Svart continued to Slutspel A after reaching 2:nd place in Group A. In the playoff they made it to 1/4 Final, but lost it against Munka Ljungby IBK VIT with 3-6. In the Final, Munka Ljungby IBK BLÅ won over IBK GENARP and became the winner of Slutspel A in Pojkar 2010.
