In addition to the 5 IBK LUND teams, 7 other teams played in Pojkar 2010. They were divided into 3 different groups, whereof IBK LUND P11 Dalby 2 could be found in Group C together with Munka Ljungby IBK VIT, Lomma FBC P11 and IBK Lund Grön.

IBK LUND P11 Dalby 2 continued to Slutspel A after reaching 2:nd place in Group C. In the playoff they made it to 1/4 Final, but lost it against Hofterups IBF with 2-3. In the Final, Munka Ljungby IBK BLÅ won over IBK GENARP and became the winner of Slutspel A in Pojkar 2010.
