Gantofta IBK was one of 19 clubs from Sweden that had teams playing during Nova Open 2023. The team in Pojkar 2011 made it to the the Final in Slutspel A, but lost it against IBK Lund Dalby Svart by 2-5.
In addition to this, Gantofta IBK have participated in Nova Open before. During Nova Open 2022, Gantofta IBK had three teams playing in Pojkar 2011 and Flickor 2011-2012 respectively.
