In addition to IBK Genarp, 10 other teams played in Pojkar 2010. They were divided into 2 different groups, whereof IBK Genarp could be found in Group B together with Bjärreds IBK Gul, Willands ibk, IBK Lund Svart, IBK Lund Vit and Tygelsjö IK P10-11.
IBK Genarp made it to Slutspel A after reaching 1:st place in Group B. Once in the playoff they made it all the way to the Final, but lost it against IBK Lund Grön with 4-6. Thereby IBK Genarp finished second in P2010 Slutspel A during Nova Open 2023. IBK GENARP also participated in Pojkar 2010 during Nova Open 2022.
