Melleruds IF was one of 159 clubs from Sweden that had teams playing during Skadevi Cup 2013. They participated with one team in Pojkar 13 11-manna.
In addition to Melleruds IF, 40 other teams played in Pojkar 13 11-manna. They were divided into 10 different groups, whereof Melleruds IF could be found in Group 6 together with IFK Skövde FK, Kambo IL 1 and Lerums IS. Melleruds IF continued to Slutspel B after reaching 4:th place in Group 6. In the playoff they made it to 1/4 Final, but lost it against Mariestads BK with 1-2. In the Final, Kambo IL 1 won over Mariestads BK and became the winner of Slutspel B in Pojkar 13 11-manna. Melleruds comes from Mellerud which lies approximately 87 km from Skövde, where Skadevi Cup takes place.
