In addition to Team Nes, 25 other teams played in Flickor 15-16. They were divided into 6 different groups, whereof Team Nes could be found in Group 3 together with Oskarströms IS, Kinne Vedums IF and Lidköpings FK 2.

Team Nes continued to Slutspel A after reaching 1:st place in Group 3. In the playoff they made it to 1/8 Final, but lost it against Hörnebo SK with 0-2. In the Final, Hässelby SK FF won over Ytterby IS and became the winner of Slutspel A in Flickor 15-16.
