In addition to Forsby FF, 25 other teams played in Flickor 15-16. They were divided into 6 different groups, whereof Forsby FF could be found in Group 4 together with Holmalunds IF, Hörnebo SK and Ängelholms FF. Forsby FF continued to Slutspel A after reaching 1:st place in Group 4. In the playoff they made it to 1/4 Final, but lost it against Hässelby SK FF with 0-5. In the Final, Hässelby SK FF won over Ytterby IS and became the winner of Slutspel A in Flickor 15-16. Forsby comes from Köping which lies approximately 170 km from Skövde, where Skadevi Cup takes place.
