In addition to Ytterby IS, 11 other teams played in Flickor 12. They were divided into 3 different groups, whereof Ytterby IS could be found in Group 3 together with Lindome GIF Vit, Landvetter IF Röd and Skultorps IF.

Ytterby IS continued to Slutspel A after reaching 2:nd place in Group 3. In the playoff they made it to 1/4 Final, but lost it against Lindome GIF Svart with 4-5. In the Final, Skultorps IF won over Lindome GIF Svart and became the winner of Slutspel A in Flickor 12.
