Våmbs IF was one of 181 clubs from Sweden that had teams playing during Skadevi Cup 2014. They participated with 7 teams in Pojkar 12, Pojkar 13 9-manna, Pojkar 14, Pojkar 15, Flickor 12, Flickor 13 11-manna and Flickor 15-16 respectively. The team in Flickor 15-16 made it to the the Final in A-slutspeland won it over Enskede IK by 4-3.
In addition to this, Våmbs IF have participated in Skadevi Cup before. During Skadevi Cup 2013, Våmbs had 7 teams playing in Flickor 12, Flickor 15-16, Pojkar 12, Pojkar 13 11-manna, Pojkar 14, Flickor 13 11-manna and Flickor 14 respectively. Two teams played until Bronze match in Slutspel A; Flickor 13 11-manna won over IFK Värnamo by 5-4 and Flickor 14 won over Lerums IS by 7-0. Våmbs originates from Skövde, which is the same city as where Skadevi Cup takes place. The area around Skövde does also provide 23 additional clubs participating during Skadevi Cup 2014 (Among others: IFK Skövde FK , IFK Falköping, Skövde AIK , Skultorps IF, Tidaholms Gif, Skara FC, Hörnebo SK, Skara FC P01, IFK Mariestad and Tibro AIK FK).
