Örgryte IS was one of 181 clubs from Sweden that had teams playing during Skadevi Cup 2014. They participated with three teams in Pojkar 13 11-manna and Pojkar 14 respectively. Two teams played until 1/8 Final in A-slutspel; Pojkar 13 11-manna lost against Eds FF by 3-5 and Pojkar 14 1 lost against Kållered SK by 4-5.
In addition to this, Örgryte IS have participated in Skadevi Cup before. During Skadevi Cup 2013, Örgryte IS had 4 teams playing in Pojkar 12 and Pojkar 14 respectively. The team in Pojkar 14 made it to the the 1/4 Final in Slutspel A, but lost it against Qviding FIF by 2-3. Örgryte IS comes from Göteborg which lies approximately 140 km from Skövde, where Skadevi Cup takes place. The area around Göteborg does also provide 37 additional clubs participating during Skadevi Cup 2014 (Among others: Stenkullen GoIK, Kode IF, IK Zenith, Kållered SK F02, Tuve IF, Särö IK, IK Kongahälla , Kållered SK, Hönö IS and Lekstorps IF).
