IFK Värnamo was one of 181 clubs from Sweden that had teams playing during Skadevi Cup 2014. They participated with two teams in Flickor 13 11-manna and Flickor 15-16 respectively. The team in Flickor 15-16 made it to the the Bronze match in A-slutspel, but lost it against Team Nes 1 by 0-3.
In addition to this, IFK Värnamo have participated in Skadevi Cup before. During Skadevi Cup 2013, IFK Värnamo had two teams playing in Flickor 15-16 and Flickor 13 11-manna respectively. The team in Flickor 13 11-manna made it to the the Bronze match in Slutspel A, but lost it against Våmbs IF by 4-5. IFK Värnamo comes from Värnamo which lies approximately 140 km from Skövde, where Skadevi Cup takes place.
