In addition to the two Särö teams, 47 other teams played in Pojkar 12. They were divided into 12 different groups, whereof Särö IK 2 could be found in Group 7 together with SRG Himledalen, Backatorp IF and Skövde AIK 2.

Särö IK 2 continued to A-slutspel after reaching 2:nd place in Group 7. In the playoff they made it to 1/8 Final, but lost it against IFK Falköping with 1-2. In the Final, Råslätt SK won over Tölö IF Grön and became the winner of A-slutspel in Pojkar 12.
