In addition to IK Zenith, 26 other teams played in Flickor 13 9-manna. They were divided into 6 different groups, whereof IK Zenith could be found in Group 3 together with TFK/HIS (Trollhättans FK/Halvorstorps IS, Vellinge IF and Lindome GIF Vit.

IK Zenith continued to B-Slutspel after reaching 4:th place in Group 3. In the playoff they made it to Semi final, but lost it against Herrestads AIF with 1-4. In the Final, TFK/HIS (Trollhättans FK/Halvorstorps IS won over Herrestads AIF and became the winner of B-Slutspel in Flickor 13 9-manna.
