Orust FC was one of 181 clubs from Sweden that had teams playing during Skadevi Cup 2014. They participated with one team in Flickor 15-16.

In addition to Orust FC, 21 other teams played in Flickor 15-16. They were divided into 5 different groups, whereof Orust FC could be found in Group 1 together with IFK Värnamo, Skultorps IF and Hörnebo SK.

Orust FC continued to B-Slutspel after reaching 4:th place in Group 1. In the playoff they made it to 1/4 Final, but lost it against Oskarströms IS with 0-3. In the Final, Norrstrands IF won over Lidköpings FK and became the winner of B-Slutspel in Flickor 15-16.

Orust FC comes from Varekil which lies approximately 130 km from Skövde, where Skadevi Cup takes place. The area around Varekil does also provide 12 additional clubs participating during Skadevi Cup 2014 (Among others: Kode IF, IK Kongahälla , Herrestads AIF, Munkedals IF, Henåns IF, Kareby/Kode, Ytterby IS, IFK Uddevalla, IK Rössö and Orust GHMMS (Svart/vit)).
