IFK Mariestad was one of 188 clubs from Sweden that had teams playing during Skadevi Cup 2015. They participated with two teams in Pojkar 12 and Pojkar 14 respectively. The team in Pojkar 14 made it to the the 1/8 Final in A-slutspel, but lost it against Tidaholms Gif by 4-5.
In addition to this, IFK Mariestad have participated in Skadevi Cup before. During Skadevi Cup 2014, IFK Mariestad had three teams playing in Pojkar 13 11-manna, Pojkar 14 and Pojkar 15 respectively. The team in Pojkar 13 11-manna made it to the the Bronze match in A-slutspeland won it over Fjugesta/Lekeberg by 6-1. IFK Mariestad comes from Mariestad which lies approximately 31 km from Skövde, where Skadevi Cup takes place.
