In addition to Lekstorps IF, 39 other teams played in Flickor 13 9-manna. They were divided into 10 different groups, whereof Lekstorps IF could be found in Group 4 together with Kallhälls FF, Hovås Billdal IF and M/B/Fagersanna gul.
Lekstorps IF made it to A-slutspel after reaching 1:st place in Group 4. Once in the playoff they made it all the way to the Final, but lost it against Glumslövs FF with 0-1. Thereby Lekstorps IF finished second in F13 (9) A-slutspel during Skadevi Cup 2015. Lekstorps IF also participated in Flickor 12 during Skadevi Cup 2014.
