In addition to the two Hovås Billdal teams, 16 other teams played in Flickor 12. They were divided into 4 different groups, whereof Hovås Billdal IF 1 could be found in Group 4 together with Tofta Gif, Degerfors IF Ungdom, Sävedalens IF 2 and Skövde KIK vit.

Hovås Billdal IF 1 continued to B-Slutspel after reaching 3:rd place in Group 4. In the playoff they made it to Semi final, but lost it against Skövde KIK vit with 1-3. In the Final, Stenkullen GoIK F03 won over Skövde KIK vit and became the winner of B-Slutspel in Flickor 12.
