Vallens IF was one of 190 clubs from Sweden that had teams playing during Skadevi Cup 2016. They participated with two teams in Pojkar 13 11-manna and Flickor 13 respectively. Two teams played until Final in B-Slutspel; Pojkar 13 11-manna lost against Jarlabergs IF by 0-1 and Flickor 13 lost against Ulvåkers IF by 4-5.
In addition to this, Vallens IF have participated in Skadevi Cup before. During Skadevi Cup 2015, Vallens had three teams playing in Pojkar 13 11-manna, Pojkar 15 and Pojkar 16 respectively. The team in Pojkar 16 made it to the the 1/4 Final in B-Slutspel, but lost it against Mjölby Södra IF by 0-3. Vallens comes from Stora Höga which lies approximately 130 km from Skövde, where Skadevi Cup takes place. The area around Stora Höga does also provide 24 additional clubs participating during Skadevi Cup 2016 (Among others: Stenkullen GoIK, Torslanda IK, Nol IK, Kärra KIF, Bergums IF, Hönö IS, Kungälvs FF, Hermansby IF, Lerums IS and Partille IF).
