Sandared/Sjömarken IF was one of 190 clubs from Sweden that had teams playing during Skadevi Cup 2016. They participated with one team in Pojkar 15.

In addition to Sandared/Sjömarken IF, 23 other teams played in Pojkar 15. They were divided into 6 different groups, whereof Sandared/Sjömarken IF could be found in Group 3 together with Ulvåker/Tymer, Floda/Stenkullen and Jönköpings Södra IF.

Sandared/Sjömarken IF continued to A-slutspel after reaching 2:nd place in Group 3. In the playoff they made it to 1/8 Final, but lost it against Gideonsbergs IF with 0-5. In the Final, Nesodden IF won over Gideonsbergs IF and became the winner of A-slutspel in Pojkar 15.
