In addition to the two Ytterby IS teams, 48 other teams played in Pojkar 12. They were divided into 12 different groups, whereof Ytterby IS Vit could be found in Group 11 together with Bele Barkarby FF 1, Lerums IS, Tomtens IF and Köping FF.

Ytterby IS Vit continued to A-slutspel after reaching 2:nd place in Group 11. In the playoff they made it to 1/8 Final, but lost it against Halvorstorps IS 1 with 0-5. In the Final, Enskede IK won over Bele Barkarby FF 1 and became the winner of A-slutspel in Pojkar 12.
