In addition to Örgryte IS, 40 other teams played in Pojkar 14. They were divided into 10 different groups, whereof Örgryte IS could be found in Group 4 together with Skultorps IF, Hjulsbro IK and Runar IL.
Örgryte IS continued to B-Slutspel after reaching 4:th place in Group 4. In the playoff they made it to 1/16 Final, but lost it against Lidköpings FK/Akademi 1 with 1-2. In the Final, Trosa-Vagnhärads SK won over Nesodden IF and became the winner of B-Slutspel in Pojkar 14. Örgryte IS also participated in Pojkar 13 11-manna during Skadevi Cup 2015.
