Särö IK was one of 159 clubs from Sweden that had teams playing during Skadevi Cup 2017. They participated with one team in Pojkar 15.
In addition to Särö IK, 27 other teams played in Pojkar 15. They were divided into 7 different groups, whereof Särö IK could be found in Group 7 together with Tibro AIK FK, Nesodden IF and Hjulsbro IK. Särö IK continued to A-slutspel after reaching 2:nd place in Group 7. In the playoff they made it to 1/8 Final, but lost it against IFK Västervik with 4-5. In the Final, Ulvåkers IF won over Askims IK and became the winner of A-slutspel in Pojkar 15. Särö comes from Särö which lies approximately 150 km from Skövde, where Skadevi Cup takes place.
