Rynninge IK was one of 159 clubs from Sweden that had teams playing during Skadevi Cup 2017. They participated with one team in Pojkar 16-17.
In addition to Rynninge IK, 19 other teams played in Pojkar 16-17. They were divided into 5 different groups, whereof Rynninge IK could be found in Group 5 together with IFK Värsås/Vretens BK, Munkedals IF and IFK Skövde FK 2. Rynninge IK made it to A-slutspel after reaching 1:st place in Group 5. Once in the playoff they made it all the way to the Final, but lost it against Skövde AIK with 0-4. Thereby Rynninge IK finished second in P16-17 A-slutspel during Skadevi Cup 2017. Rynninge comes from Örebro which lies approximately 130 km from Skövde, where Skadevi Cup takes place.
