In addition to the three Mölnlycke teams, 59 other teams played in Pojkar 13. They were divided into 15 different groups, whereof Mölnlycke IF City could be found in Group 2 together with IFK Falköping FF Blå, Hertzöga BK Grön and Tidaholms GIF 1.

Mölnlycke IF City continued to B-Slutspel after reaching 4:th place in Group 2. In the playoff they made it to 1/4 Final, but lost it against Mölnlycke IF Real with 0-4. In the Final, IFK Kristinehamn P13 blå/vit won over Kungsbacka IF Vit and became the winner of B-Slutspel in Pojkar 13.
