In addition to Lidköpings FK, 21 other teams played in Pojkar 16-17. They were divided into 5 different groups, whereof Lidköpings FK could be found in Group 3 together with IFK Värsås, Mariestad Ungdom and Katrineholms SK.
Lidköpings FK continued to A-slutspel after reaching 1:st place in Group 3. In the playoff they made it to 1/4 Final, but lost it against Skövde AIK with 0-1. In the Final, Skövde AIK won over Nesodden IF and became the winner of A-slutspel in Pojkar 16-17. Lidköpings FK also participated in Pojkar 16-17 during Skadevi Cup 2017.
