In addition to Tölö IF, 37 other teams from 3 different countries played in Pojkar 16-17. They were divided into 9 different groups, whereof Tölö IF could be found in Group 3 together with Ulvåkers IF, Bele Barkarby FF U17 and BK Forward.

Tölö IF continued to A-slutspel after reaching 2:nd place in Group 3. In the playoff they made it to 1/4 Final, but lost it against IFK Skövde Fotboll 2 with 3-4. In the Final, IFK Skövde Fotboll 2 won over Skövde AIK U17 and became the winner of A-slutspel in Pojkar 16-17.
