In addition to Hertzöga BK, 37 other teams from 3 different countries played in Pojkar 16-17. They were divided into 9 different groups, whereof Hertzöga BK could be found in Group 9 together with IFK Skövde Fotboll 2, Ekholt Ballklubb, Hjulsbro IK HjIK and Falköpings FK.

Hertzöga BK continued to B-Slutspel after reaching 4:th place in Group 9. In the playoff they made it to Semi final, but lost it against Bollstanäs SK with 0-6. In the Final, Bollstanäs SK won over Boo FF and became the winner of B-Slutspel in Pojkar 16-17.
