Västerås IK was one of 206 clubs from Sweden that had teams playing during Skadevi Cup 2019. They participated with one team in Pojkar 16-17.
In addition to Västerås IK, 37 other teams from 3 different countries played in Pojkar 16-17. They were divided into 9 different groups, whereof Västerås IK could be found in Group 2 together with Våmbs IF, Boo FF and Hovshaga AIF. Västerås IK continued to A-slutspel after reaching 2:nd place in Group 2. In the playoff they made it to 1/4 Final, but lost it against Bele Barkarby FF U17 with 1-2. In the Final, IFK Skövde Fotboll 2 won over Skövde AIK U17 and became the winner of A-slutspel in Pojkar 16-17.
