In addition to Skövde AIK, 37 other teams from 3 different countries played in Pojkar 16-17. They were divided into 9 different groups, whereof Skövde AIK U17 could be found in Group 5 together with Hjulsbro IK P16, Alingsås IF and Bollstanäs SK.
Skövde AIK U17 made it to A-slutspel after reaching 1:st place in Group 5. Once in the playoff they made it all the way to the Final, but lost it against IFK Skövde Fotboll 2 with 4-5. Thereby Skövde AIK U17 finished second in P16-17 A-slutspel during Skadevi Cup 2019. Skövde AIK also participated in Pojkar 16-17 during Skadevi Cup 2018.
