Alingsås IF was one of 206 clubs from Sweden that had teams playing during Skadevi Cup 2019. They participated with one team in Pojkar 16-17.

In addition to Alingsås IF, 37 other teams from 3 different countries played in Pojkar 16-17. They were divided into 9 different groups, whereof Alingsås IF could be found in Group 5 together with Skövde AIK U17, Hjulsbro IK P16 and Bollstanäs SK.

Alingsås IF continued to A-slutspel after reaching 2:nd place in Group 5. In the playoff they made it to Semi final, but lost it against IFK Skövde Fotboll 2 with 0-1. In the Final, IFK Skövde Fotboll 2 won over Skövde AIK U17 and became the winner of A-slutspel in Pojkar 16-17.

Alingsås IF also participated in Pojkar 16-17 during Skadevi Cup 2018. They reached the 1/8 Final in P16-17 A-slutspel, but lost it against Katrineholms SK with 2-3.
