In addition to IFK Hjo, 12 other teams played in Flickor 15-16. They were divided into 3 different groups, whereof IFK Hjo could be found in Group 3 together with Skepplanda BTK/LNIK, Ulvåkers IF/Värings GoIF, Utbynäs SK and Stuvsta IF Vit.

IFK Hjo continued to B-Slutspel after reaching 5:th place in Group 3. In the playoff they made it to 1/4 Final, but lost it against Stuvsta IF Svart with 0-11. In the Final, Utbynäs SK won over Skövde KIK 2 and became the winner of B-Slutspel in Flickor 15-16.
