In addition to Lerums IS, 14 other teams played in Flickor 15-16. They were divided into 3 different groups, whereof Lerums IS could be found in Group 1 together with Skultorps IF, Degerfors IF, STN Alliansen and Skövde KIK.

Lerums IS made it to A-slutspel after reaching 1:st place in Group 1. Once in the playoff they won every match inluding the Final against Trollhättans FK/Halvorstorps IS, which they won with 3-0. Thereby Lerums IS won the entire A-slutspel in Flickor 15-16 during Skadevi Cup 2023.
