Lerums IS was one of 135 clubs from Sweden that had teams playing during Skadevi Cup 2023. They participated with three teams in Pojkar 15 and Flickor 15-16 respectively. The team in Flickor 15-16 made it to the the Final in A-slutspeland won it over Trollhättans FK/Halvorstorps IS by 3-0.
