In addition to Nesodden IF, 18 other teams played in Pojkar 16-17. They were divided into 4 different groups, whereof Nesodden IF could be found in Group 3 together with IK Tun P08/06, Ulvåkers IF, IFK Skövde Fotboll 2 and Lidköpings FK 06/07.
Nesodden IF continued to B-Slutspel after reaching 3:rd place in Group 3. In the playoff they made it to 1/4 Final, but lost it against Våmbs IF with 8-9. In the Final, Skövde AIK P16 won over Kållered SK and became the winner of B-Slutspel in Pojkar 16-17. Nesodden IF also participated in Pojkar 16-17 during Skadevi Cup 2022.
