In addition to IFK Mariestad, 34 other teams played in Pojkar 15. They were divided into 8 different groups, whereof IFK Mariestad could be found in Group 4 together with IK Kongahälla Pojkar 15, Jönköpings Södra Bredd and Våmbs IF.

IFK Mariestad continued to A-slutspel after reaching 2:nd place in Group 4. In the playoff they made it to 1/4 Final, but lost it against Saleby/Trässberg/NHärene U15 with 0-2. In the Final, Jönköpings Södra Bredd won over Saleby/Trässberg/NHärene U15 and became the winner of A-slutspel in Pojkar 15.
