In addition to the two Fanna teams, 69 other teams played in Pojkar 13. They were divided into 17 different groups, whereof Fanna BK Svart could be found in Group 6 together with Romelanda UF 1, Stenungsunds IF Röd and IFK Mariestad 2.

Fanna BK Svart continued to B-Slutspel after reaching 4:th place in Group 6. In the playoff they made it to 1/8 Final, but lost it against Floda BoIF with 0-7. In the Final, Skövde AIK Röd won over IFK Mariestad 1 and became the winner of B-Slutspel in Pojkar 13.
