In addition to BK Häcken FF, 21 other teams played in Flickor 15-16. They were divided into 5 different groups, whereof BK Häcken FF could be found in Group 3 together with Nossebro IF, Skövde KIK 1 and IK Zenith Grön.

BK Häcken FF continued to A-slutspel after reaching 2:nd place in Group 3. In the playoff they made it to 1/8 Final, but lost it against Jönköping Södra with 2-4. In the Final, Onsala BK won over Utsikten BK and became the winner of A-slutspel in Flickor 15-16.

Häcken comes from Göteborg which lies approximately 130 km from Skövde, where Skadevi Cup takes place. The area around Göteborg does also provide 42 additional clubs participating during Skadevi Cup 2024 (Among others: Stenungsunds IF, Landvetter IS, Ytterby IS, Särö Kullavik IF, Stenkullen GoIK, Kållered SK, Lerums IS, Romelanda UF, Solängens BK and IK Zenith).
