In addition to the two JDT teams, 38 other teams from 3 different countries played in Under 12. They were divided into 8 different groups, whereof JDT 1 could be found in Group F together with Superkids ATHL, JSA B, Tim Pelajar Fopssi and FCKL U12 EAGLES.

JDT 1 made it to Cup after reaching 1:st place in Group F. Once in the playoff they made it all the way to the Final, but lost it against TSS FC RD A with 0-1. Thereby JDT 1 finished second in U12 Cup during KUALA LUMPUR CUP 2020.
