In addition to the two Alingsås teams, 78 other teams played in Flickor 2003 C2. They were divided into 8 different groups, whereof Alingsås HK 2 could be found in Group 2 together with Näsby Handboll 1, IFK Malmö HF 1, Kävlinge HK 2, Spånga HK Stockholm, IFK Bankeryd 2, LUGI HF 2, LVHK Lödde 2, Täby HBK Sthlm 2 and IK Bolton Sthlm.

Alingsås HK 2 continued to B-Slutspel after reaching 5:th place in Group 2. In the playoff they made it to 1/8 Final, but lost it against Kristianstad HK 1 with 6-10. In the Final, Kristianstad HK 3 won over IFK Malmö HF 2 and became the winner of B-Slutspel in Flickor 2003 C2.
