In addition to Näsby Handboll, 79 other teams played in Flickor 2003 C2. They were divided into 8 different groups, whereof Näsby Handboll 1 could be found in Group 2 together with IFK Malmö HF 1, Kävlinge HK 2, Spånga HK Stockholm, Alingsås HK 2, IFK Bankeryd 2, LUGI HF 2, LVHK Lödde 2, Täby HBK Sthlm 2 and IK Bolton Sthlm.

Näsby Handboll 1 continued to C-Slutspel after reaching 9:th place in Group 2. In the playoff they made it to Semi final, but lost it against H 78 Sölvesborg with 6-9. In the Final, H 78 Sölvesborg won over Halmstad Handboll 1 and became the winner of C-Slutspel in Flickor 2003 C2.
